  • How many plans can I create with Cinareo?
    You can create an unlimited number of plans within Cinareo and the software can handle a limitless number of single or multi-skilled queues, planning groups or media types. The software can be used with contact centers that have just a handful of agents and also supports hundreds of thousands of agents within a global, omni-channel environment.
  • What industries can benefit from Cinareo's solutions?
    Any industry with a contact center can benefit from Cinareo – the solution has been built to be industry-agnostic. There are no “industry standards” applied to the solution – your own unique data can be integrated into the solution as you are building your plan so that it suits your specific needs and requirements.
  • Does Cinareo do anything else other than just capacity planning?
    Cinareo builds capacity plans for both agents AND support staff, in addition to providing financial modelling, what-if scenario modelling, important KPIs, and a comprehensive recruitment and training planner to help you determine not only how many agents you need to hire, but when you need to start recruiting to hire ahead of attrition.
  • How does Cinareo differ from other capacity planning solutions?
    Cinareo supports hundreds of input factors across 30 different categories. The software is supported by proven, industry-recognized statistical models & simulations and engineered to deliver agent and support staff planning, financial analysis, what-if scenario modelling, and recruitment & training planning.
  • How does Cinareo protect my data?
    Cinareo is hosted on AWS and data sovereignty, privacy and security are very important to us. We can store your data in whatever country you require and we also have multi-factor authentication implemented as well. There is no private user information stored in our system.
  • How long does it take to get trained/onboarded to use Cinareo?
    Cinareo is so easy to use, you probably don’t need training although we offer training with every Cinareo license we sell and supported by a very comprehensive user guide. There are no professional services needed to onboard, as soon as you purchase licenses we can set you up with immediate access.
  • Can Cinareo integrate into our existing platform?
    Cinareo is complementary to ALL cloud and on-premise contact center platforms and workforce management solutions on the market. We are building integrations to numerous platforms (we are currently fully integrated with Genesys cloud) and also offer the ability to upload data from Excel directly in order to build your plans.
